week four - afternoon now??? fuck we're day drinking

[ It’s a quiet Monday afternoon, at least so far as the murdership goes. Jack has taken to drinking in the parlor in the evenings, since while he’s not a heavy drinker, he does enjoy one every so often. Though despite Jack’s personality, the drinks themselves probably aren’t what would be expected… Jack is drinking a lemon drop (he likes the color) when Hancock might happen to wander in, and Jack's immediate response is pretty cheerful! This might not be a surprise, considering his general flippancy about everything else, and yet.

But on the other hand, before Hancock turns and leaves, Jack does have his own selection of liquor from his room's food and drink generator, just in case Elizabeth is still trying to enforce sobriety. He might even share! ]

Hey! It's my favorite skag-face. How you doin', buddy? Kinda haven't gotten the chance to chat, what with the, y'know, murders and all.

[Which is surprising really, he thought someone would have taken Jack out by now. Maybe they're intimidated by him for some reason?]

Also I've been meaning to ask - you and Rhys have both called me a "skag" now. What the hell is that?

[ That seems to be good enough for Jack, at least based on his smile, though it does shift to more thoughtful at the question. ]

Oh- Yeah, right, none of you even know about Pandora. [ This really ruins his insult? Rude, honestly. ] Uhh, think these four legged, armored, mouth full of big teeth assholes, and that's pretty much a skag. Oh, and for extra fun, they go like—

[ Jack sets down his glass to bring up his hands to his mouth to imitate the peculiar way which a skag's mouth works. ]

—like this, and some of them even spit acid at you.

[ He lowers his hands to pick up his glass again. ]

Not the worst thing you run into on Pandora, but definitely, definitely annoying. But also the most fun to run over.
