The cuff makes it so that he practically has to embrace Rhys here anyways, so he just accepts that, even if it's with some mild reluctance. It's loose, but still a pretty warm half-embrace. Jack definitely gives off the impression without quite saying so that he's a cuddly (re: clingy) person, but he at least settles back down without too much shifting. ]
